The KKM identified the needs of children by screening different issues in the community and how it adversely affects the development process of children from the younger ages.

For the overall development of a person three sections of the human brain need to be developed such as;

SQ  = Spiritual Quotient

EQ  = Emotional Quotient

IQ   = Intelligence Quotient

 

Khel Khel Mein develops the child’s spiritual and emotional quotient which in turn helps in the holistic human development. A transformation from the negative undesirable human development to a positive one.

 

The juvenile crime rate is increasing to an alarming extent. Khel Khel Mein plays an important role, through its value based teachings to educate the children about right & wrong.  In primary education values & good habits are not taught.  Khel Khel Mein is a value based programme that fills this gap

 

Most of the children waste their time in unsocial commitments like begging, rag picking, etc. and doing odd jobs in hazardous situations for barely minimum money.  Khel Khel Mein bridges this gap through educational recreational centres.

 

Every child has a right to explore and develop recreational pursuits like sports, entertainment and hobbies. The environment in which the children play in is unsafe and unhealthy and they can easily be hurt.Khel Khel Mein addresses these factors and provides various opportunities for recreation. There is lack of sensitivity to the emotional needs of these children. Khel Khel Mein understands their socio-economic problems & deals with it with love and understanding.
